How aligned is your brand?
Over the last 14 years we have been developing and refining our tools and techniques in order to help our clients improve their brand alignment and understand the actions required to keep their brands delivering the promises they make. As we have been doing this we felt that it would be beneficial if we were able to give brands a rapid snapshot of how well aligned they might be, and where they might start looking to improve their alignment. So, we have also developed the Brand Alignment Diagnostic Tool and we wanted to share it with you all!
The Brand Alignment Diagnostic has been designed to give you a simple and clear high level view of how well aligned your brand is inside and outside the organisation, and provide some clues about where you might need to start working on to improve it. Based on over a decade's worth of experience in delivering brand alignment, it has eleven statements which have proven to be critical in helping every brand we have ever worked with become more successful.
