Brand Alignment - Visioning
Creating truly differentiating brands require inspiring and clear brand visions in order to own unique spaces in customers’ minds.
Visioning is a hugely exciting part of Brand Alignment. A great brand vision can truly differentiate your organisation by establishing a clear space for that brand in people's heads.
We've never been bombarded by more messages than we are today, so it's really important that you stand for something distinct and unique.
So how do we create this Brand Vision? - Well no two visions are ever the same, We create them in different ways to suit your organisation. But often there are three or four key elements that go into each vision. The first of these is a positioning statement, this isn't advertising copy or a tag line instead is a very concise statement of what you want to stand for as a business. Next come your brand values, these values guide the behaviour of the brands, whenever a customer interacts with it. Absolutely crucial to get some exciting brand values that can galvanise the organisation. It tells you exactly how to deliver that brand and sometimes it's very easy to fall back hygiene values, using words such as integrity or innovation, - and whilst they're important they won't differentiate your brand. We will work with you to challenge those values, push them further and make them something really distinct and unique for your brand.
You may also want to express your brand personality. That's your tone of voice, your style of delivery and that can be really important for people on the frontline, so they know how to deliver your brand, with whose voice.
So we've got the positioning, we've got the values, we've got the personality and if you can sum all that up in an encapsulation of all that the brand stands for - a brand essence, then so much the better.
Building the brand vision doesn't happen in isolation, it's a collaborative exercise. We work very closely with you to make sure we get the right people at the visioning event. We need people from Sales, from Logistics, Marketing, Operations, We need all of them there because they become brand ambassadors, that help us embed that Brand Vision within your organisation.
At the visioning event we'll begin by sharing some of the key findings from the exploring work we've done with you. Now it's likely they'll be a number of different outcomes at this point, so it's important we build all of them and then test them. We need to test them with your current customers, potential customers, but also really importantly with your colleagues. So that we can find the brand vision that's going to excite and motivate all three of those groups.
All you've got to do then is to align the entire organisation behind it.
