Re-energising Cooper Lomaz

In the highly competitive market of recruitment, Cooper Lomaz were seeking to develop a position in their core East Anglian market that helped them stand out from their many competitors, be they small one man bands or the large nationals. The have also had management challenges and the team needed to be re-focused and re-energised behind the brand.

We explored the clients & candidates view of the market, the supply chain and the positions of all the brands Cooper Lomaz were competing against. We ran a vision session with  a widely based team from across the business and once we had a clear vision we tested this with key clients. Once this was agreed then we ran an alignment session that put all the plans for the next 3 years together.

Cooper Lomaz have re-focused the business on their specialisms, been able to reduce costs by concentrating the brand into two centres of excellence, introduce a new IT system that enables them to become market leading in managing their client and candidate base.
